Did the shooter (presumed to be Luigi Mangione) 3D-print the gun himself or did he order / ask someone else to 3D-print it for him?

If he 3D-printed it himself, where was/is the 3D printer? Where did he 3D-print the gun? In Hawaii? In San Francisco?

According to Avidity Arms president Rob Pincus, who appeared in the 20/20 documentary, it takex z oug seven hours to print the gun part that LM did.
