We don’t think that it necessarily is so.

Widely, most people don’t think Luigi Mangione was the Starbucks guy.

Was the person biking out of Central Park the Starbucks guy? They seemed dressed similarly enough.

Was the taxi guy the Starbucks guy? Different jacket for sure, different mask. Similar color of pants. Debatable as to whether the eyes, eyebrows, nose bridge and built are the same.
