Luigi Mangione’s next hearings for the New York charges have been scheduled for Thursday, June 26.

Motion schedule set for 4/19, response by 5/14, and hearing 6/26.

In New York, for multiple counts of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism

Mangione also faces federal charges that could carry the possibility of the death penalty.

Prosecutors have said the two cases will proceed on parallel tracks, with the state charges expected to go to trial first.

In Pennsylvania, Mangione is facing charges of possessing an unlicensed firearm, forgery and providing false identification to police.
