Patrolman Detwiler

One of the Altoona officers who first detained Luigi Mangione at the McDoanld’s.

He was initially accompanied only by Frye, later to be joined by more than half a dozen other police officers.

Detwiler covered his body-worn camera with his hand to prevent the camera from recording 20 seconds of his conversation.
